Campaigns

You can create a campaign from Campaigns menu under Add new campaign button. To create a campaign you must have below details

1. Name : name of campaign
2. Members : staff member(team) of the campaign
3. Form : Form used for campaign
4. Email Template : email template used for sending email for this campaign
5. Reference Number : to use auto reference you must have to enable allow reference prefix
6. Campaign Details: details about the campaign
7. Leads: you can import leads using the csv file

If you want to add new lead directly then you can add lead directly from Call Manager page or plus button in the index page of campaign page
