Appreciations
Appreciations serve as a way to recognize and motivate employees for their outstanding performance. Before granting an appreciation, an award must be created. You can manage awards and appreciations from the Appreciations module in the sidebar.
There are two key components in the Appreciations module:

- Appreciations
Awards
An Award is a recognition given to an employee for their achievements and contributions to the company. You can create and manage awards from the Appreciations → Awards page.
To create a new award, fill in the following details:
- Name, enter the name of award (required).
- Award Price, specify the monetary value of the award, if applicable.
- Description, add additional details about the award.
- Active, choose "Yes" to make the award available or "No" if it is not in use.
Appreciations
Appreciations are given to employees as a form of encouragement and recognition for their contributions. Authorized personnel can grant appreciation based on employee performance.
You can create and manage appreciations from the Appreciations → Appreciations page.
Appreciations are divided into two sections:
1 Appreciation Details - To create an appreciation entry, fill in the following details:
- Profile Image, upload an image of the employee.
- User, choose the employee receiving the appreciation (required).
- Date, enter the date of the appreciation (required).
- Award, choose the award being granted to the employee.
- Price Amount, if an award is selected, the amount is auto-filled; otherwise, enter it manually.
- Account Number,provide the account number from which the amount will be deducted (required if an award is selected).
- Price Given, specify if the award amount will be disbursed in installments.
- Description, Add any additional details about the appreciation.
2 Letter Head Template - This section tracks the official letter provided to the employee:
- Letter Head Template, select the letterhead template to be used for the official document.
