Branches
Branches allow you to manage multiple locations or offices for your business. Each branch can have its own settings. Access this from Settings → Branches.
Creating a Branch
To create a new branch:
- Click the Add New button
- Enter branch details:
- Name - Branch name (e.g., Main Office, Downtown Branch)
- Phone - Branch phone number
- Email - Branch email address
- Address - Branch physical address
Managing Branches
From the branches list page, you can:
- Edit - Modify branch details
- Delete - Remove a branch
- View - See branch information
TIP
If your business has a single location, you can use the default branch. Branches are useful for businesses operating from multiple locations.
