Staff Members
You can create staff members from the Staff Members menu in the sidebar. Staff members are your team members who can manage invoices, quotations, payments, and various tasks according to their assigned permissions.
Creating Staff Members
You can create staff members from the Staff Members page. The following fields are required when creating a new user:
- Role: Define the role for the staff member (e.g., Admin, Sales Manager, Accountant)
- Name of user
- Email of user
- Phone of user
- Address of user
- Password: for login purposes
- Status: user can be enabled or disabled from here
Quick Add Staff Member
You can quickly add a new staff member using the Quick Add feature without leaving your current page.
Import Staff Members
You can bulk import staff members from a CSV or Excel file:
- Click the Import button on the Staff Members page
- Download the sample file template
- Fill in staff data following the template format
- Upload the completed file
- Review and confirm the import
Managing Staff Members
Staff members can perform actions based on their assigned role permissions, such as:
- Creating and managing invoices
- Managing quotations
- Recording payments
- Viewing reports
- Managing customers and products
