Currencies
The Currencies module allows you to manage the currencies used in your invoices and quotations. Access this from Settings → Currencies.
Managing Currencies
You can configure multiple currencies for your business:
- Currency Name - Full name of the currency (e.g., US Dollar, Indian Rupee)
- Currency Symbol - Symbol used for display (e.g., $, ₹, €, £)
- Currency Code - ISO currency code (e.g., USD, INR, EUR, GBP)
- Currency Position - Position of symbol relative to amount (Before or After)
- Decimal Separator - Character used as decimal separator
- Thousand Separator - Character used as thousand separator
Default Currency
Set one currency as your default currency. This will be used as the primary currency across the application for all invoices and quotations.
TIP
If your business deals with international clients, set up multiple currencies. The default currency will be pre-selected when creating new invoices.
