Company Settings ​

Company Settings allow you to configure your business information that appears across the application and on your invoices, quotations, and other documents.

Accessing Company Settings ​

Navigate to Settings → Company Settings from the sidebar. This setting requires Admin role or companies_edit permission.

Basic Information ​

  • Company Name - Your business or organization name
  • Phone - Business phone number
  • Email - Business email address
  • Address - Business address

Branding ​

  • Company Logo - Upload your company logo (appears on invoices, quotations, and the app header)
  • Primary Color - Set the primary color for the application theme (buttons, links, and UI elements)

Date & Time Settings ​

  • Date Format - Choose how dates are displayed across the application
  • Time Format - Choose the time display format
  • Timezone - Set your business timezone

TIP

These settings affect how your company information appears on all generated documents like invoices, quotations, and payment receipts.
