Invoice Settings ​

Invoice Settings allow you to customize how your invoices look and what information they contain. Access this from the Invoice Settings menu in the sidebar.

Invoice Preview ​

The Invoice Settings page features a live preview panel on the left side that shows you how your invoices will look in real-time as you make changes to settings.

Preview Controls:

  • Zoom In/Out - Adjust preview size for better visibility (minimum 50%)
  • Real-time Updates - Preview updates instantly when you change any setting

Invoice Themes ​

Choose from multiple professionally designed invoice themes:

  • Simple Theme - Clean and minimal design
  • Stylish Theme - Modern design with accent colors

Each theme automatically applies your company branding (logo, colors, company details).

Product Form Field Controls ​

From Invoice Settings, you can control which fields are visible on the product add/edit form:

Standard Fields Toggle:

  • SKU, Barcode, Description, Unit, Price, MRP, Wholesale Price, Tax, HSN/SAC

Each field has a checkbox to enable or disable it. Only enabled fields appear on the product form.

Custom Fields:

  • Add unlimited custom fields with label, type (Text, Number, Date, Textarea)
  • Toggle visibility for product form and invoice table separately
  • Delete custom fields when no longer needed

Invoice Item Table Column Controls ​

Configure which columns appear in the invoice and quotation item tables:

Standard Columns (15 available):

  • SKU, Barcode, Description, Unit, Quantity, Price, Discount, Tax, Tax Amount, HSN/SAC, Batch No, Exp Date, Mfg Date, MRP, Wholesale Price

Column Features:

  • Enable/Disable each column via checkboxes
  • Drag & Drop Reorder to arrange columns in your preferred order
  • Custom Columns appear here when created with "Show in Invoice" enabled

Invoice Detail Settings ​

Customize additional invoice information fields:

  • Show PO Number - Toggle Purchase Order number field
  • Show E-way Bill - Toggle E-way Bill number field
  • Show Vehicle Number - Toggle Vehicle number field
  • Custom Invoice Fields - Add custom fields for invoice header/metadata
  • Custom Party Fields - Add custom fields for customer/supplier information

Auto-Save ​

Invoice settings support auto-save functionality. Changes are saved automatically as you make them, so you don't have to manually click a save button.

TIP

Use the live preview to see exactly how your invoices will look before sending them to customers. The column and field settings you configure here will apply to all new invoices and quotations.
