Payment Methods ​

Payment Methods allow you to configure the different methods by which your customers can make payments. Access this from the Payments → Payment Methods menu or from Settings.

Creating a Payment Method ​

To create a new payment method:

  1. Click the Add New button
  2. Enter the payment method name (e.g., Cash, Bank Transfer, Credit Card, PayPal, UPI, etc.)
  3. Save the payment method

Managing Payment Methods ​

From the payment methods page, you can:

  • Edit - Modify the payment method name
  • Delete - Remove a payment method (only if not used in any payment)
  • View - See details and usage

Default Payment Methods ​

The application comes with some default payment methods. You can add more according to your business requirements.

Create all the payment methods your business accepts so your team can accurately record payments and generate proper reports.
