Reports
The Reports module provides detailed business analytics and financial summaries. Access reports from the Reports menu in the sidebar.
Sales Summary Report
The Sales Summary Report provides an overview of your sales data for a selected period.
Available Filters:
- Date range (custom start and end dates)
- Period selection (Today, This Week, This Month, This Year, etc.)
Report Data:
- Total invoiced amount
- Total received amount
- Total due amount
- Invoice count
- Sales trend analysis
Product Sales Summary
The Product Sales Summary shows sales performance at the product level.
Report Data:
- Product-wise sales breakdown
- Quantity sold per product
- Revenue generated per product
- Most and least selling products
Payments Report
The Payments Report shows all payment collection data.
Available Filters:
- Date range
- Payment method
- Customer
Report Data:
- Total payments received
- Payment method breakdown
- Payment timeline
- Customer-wise payment summary
Tax Report
The Tax Report helps you track tax calculations for compliance and filing purposes.
Report Data:
- Total tax collected
- Tax breakdown by rate
- Tax-wise invoice summary
- Period-based tax summary
TIP
Use the date range filters on all reports to generate summaries for any custom time period. Reports can help you make informed business decisions.
