Terms & Conditions

Terms & Conditions Templates allow you to create reusable terms and conditions text that can be quickly applied to invoices and quotations. Access this from Invoice Settings → Terms & Conditions in the sidebar.


Creating a Template

To create a new terms template:

  1. Click the Add New button
  2. Enter template details:
    • Name - Template name for easy identification (e.g., Standard Terms, Payment Terms, Service Terms)
    • Content - The full terms and conditions text

Managing Templates

From the templates list page, you can:

  • Edit - Modify template content
  • Delete - Remove a template

Using Templates

When creating or editing an invoice or quotation:

  1. Look for the Terms & Conditions field
  2. Select a saved template from the dropdown
  3. The template content is automatically inserted
  4. You can further edit the text for the specific document

TIP

Create different templates for different types of invoices or services. This saves time and ensures consistent terms across all your documents.
