AI Assistant

SocietyDesk includes an AI-powered chat assistant that helps you get quick insights about your society. Once AI Settings are configured, a floating AI Assistant button appears at the bottom-right corner of the screen.

How It Works

Click the floating AI Assistant button to open the chat window. The assistant is context-aware and knows about your currently selected society's data including apartments, residents, payments, maintenance, amenities, parking, visitors and more.

Features

  • Society Overview - Ask about apartment stats, occupancy, financial summaries etc.
  • Smart Suggestions - Pre-built quick suggestion chips to get started (Society overview, Apartment stats, Financial overview, Maintenance status, Amenities).
  • PDF Downloads - The assistant can generate and provide downloadable PDF reports directly in the chat.
  • Role-Based Responses - Answers are tailored based on your user role and permissions.
  • Multi-Language - Responds in the same language you write in.
  • Dark Mode Support - The chat window adapts to your application's theme.
  • RTL Support - The floating button position adapts for RTL layouts.

Requirements

  • SAAS Version: The company's subscription plan must have AI features enabled by the superadmin.
  • AI Settings must be configured with a valid provider and API key (see Settings -> AI Settings).
  • A society must be selected for the assistant to access society data.

TIP

The AI Assistant button only appears when all three conditions are met: AI is enabled in the subscription plan (SAAS), AI provider is configured in Settings, and a society is selected.
