Amenities

You can create and manage amenities from the Amenities submenu in the sidebar. The submenu consists of three modules:

  1. Amenities
  2. Amenity Slots
  3. Amenity Bookings

Amenities

Amenities are shared facilities in the society such as Swimming Pool, Gym, Club House, Community Hall etc. You can create new amenities from the Amenities -> Amenities page.

To create a new amenity, fill the following fields:

  • Name, enter the name of the amenity (required).
  • Image, upload an image of the amenity.
  • Description, add details about the amenity.
  • Location, specify the location within the society.
  • Capacity, enter the maximum capacity.
  • Billing Type, select Free or Paid (required).
  • Price, enter the booking price (required if billing type is Paid).
  • Security Deposit, enter the security deposit amount.
  • Booking Type, select Instant or Approval Required (required).
  • Is Exclusive, mark if only one booking is allowed at a time.
  • Min Booking Hours, minimum booking duration (required).
  • Max Booking Hours, maximum booking duration (required).
  • Max Guests Per Booking, maximum number of guests (required).
  • Advance Booking Days, how many days in advance can a booking be made.
  • Cancellation Hours, minimum hours before booking for cancellation.
  • Is Active, enable or disable the amenity (required).

Amenity Slots

Amenity Slots define the available time slots for each amenity on specific days. You can create slots from the Amenities -> Amenity Slots page.

To create a new slot, fill the following fields:

  • Amenity, select the amenity (required).
  • Day of Week, select the day (Sunday to Saturday) (required).
  • Start Time, enter the slot start time (required).
  • End Time, enter the slot end time (required, must be after start time).
  • Is Active, enable or disable the slot.

Amenity Bookings

Amenity Bookings track reservations made by residents. You can create bookings from the Amenities -> Amenity Bookings page.

To create a new booking, fill the following fields:

  • Amenity, select the amenity (required).
  • Apartment, select the apartment making the booking (required).
  • User, select the user (required).
  • Booking Date, enter the booking date (required).
  • Start Time, enter the start time (required).
  • End Time, enter the end time (required, must be after start time).
  • Guest Count, enter the number of guests (required).
  • Price, the booking price (auto-calculated).
  • Security Deposit, the deposit amount (auto-calculated).
  • Total Amount, the total amount (auto-calculated).
  • Approval Status, set as Pending, Approved or Rejected.
  • Payment Status, set as Unpaid, Paid or Refunded.
  • Notes, add additional details.
