Ticket Types

Ticket Types categorize different types of support tickets raised by residents. You can create and manage ticket types from Settings -> Ticket Types page.

To create a new ticket type, fill the following fields:

  • Name, enter the name of the ticket type (required).
  • Description, add additional details about the ticket type.
  • Auto Convert to Maintenance, enable if tickets of this type should automatically create a maintenance request.
  • Default Priority, set the default priority level (1-5).
