Security

You can manage visitor access from the Security submenu in the sidebar. The submenu consists of two modules:

  1. Visitors
  2. Visitor Entries

Visitors

Visitors are individuals who visit the society. You can create and manage a visitor directory from the Security -> Visitors page.

To create a new visitor, fill the following fields:

  • Name, enter the name of the visitor (required).
  • Phone, enter the phone number.
  • Email, enter the email address.
  • ID Proof Type, specify the type of ID proof.
  • ID Proof Number, enter the ID proof number.
  • Is Blacklisted, mark if the visitor is blacklisted.
  • Notes, add additional details.

Visitor Entries

Visitor Entries record each visit to the society. You can create entries from the Security -> Visitor Entries page.

To create a new visitor entry, fill the following fields:

  • Visitor, select the visitor (required).
  • Apartment, select the apartment being visited (required).
  • Expected By, select the resident expecting the visitor.
  • Visit Type, select Guest, Delivery, Service, Cab or Other (required).
  • Purpose, specify the purpose of visit.
  • Vehicle Number, enter the vehicle number if applicable.
