Staff Members

Staff Members are your team members who manage the society operations. You can create and manage staff members from Staff Members menu in the sidebar.

To create a new staff member, fill the following fields:

  • Name, enter the name of the staff member (required).
  • Email, enter a valid email address (required, must be unique).
  • Phone, enter the phone number.
  • Status, set as active or inactive (required).
  • Allow Login, enable if the staff member should be able to login.
  • Password, set a login password (required if Allow Login is enabled, minimum 8 characters).
  • Role, assign a role to the staff member (required if Allow Login is enabled).
