Tickets

Tickets are support requests raised by residents for issues or queries. You can create and manage tickets from Tickets menu in the sidebar.

To create a new ticket, fill the following fields:

  • Title, enter a clear title for the ticket (required).
  • Description, add details about the issue.
  • Ticket Type, select the type of ticket (required).
  • Apartment, select the related apartment.
  • Priority, select Low, Medium, High or Urgent (required).
