Subscription ​

Under this menu you can create subscription plans and payment gateways to receive payments.

Subscription Plans ​

Under the subscription plan you can add a subscription plan and enter the details related to price, enabled modules and features which will be displayed on the front website. The form has two tabs:

Basic Details Tab ​

  • Name, enter the plan name (required).
  • Description, enter the plan description (required).
  • Is Popular Plan, toggle to mark the plan as popular.
  • Monthly Price, enter the monthly subscription price (required).
  • Annual Price, enter the annual subscription price (required).
  • Stripe Monthly Plan ID, enter the Stripe monthly plan ID for payment gateway integration.
  • Stripe Annual Plan ID, enter the Stripe annual plan ID for payment gateway integration.

For trial plans you can also configure:

  • Trial Duration (in days).
  • Notify Before (in days).

AI Features Tab ​

You can enable or disable AI features for each subscription plan. When AI is enabled, the following features are included for companies subscribed to this plan:

  • AI Chat Assistant
  • Bill & Payment Queries
  • PDF Report Generation
  • Society Analytics
  • Maintenance & Complaints
  • Visitor & Parking Queries

TIP

When AI is enabled for a subscription plan, the company admin will see the AI Settings option in their Settings menu and the AI Assistant floating button will appear for all users of that company.

Offline Payment Modes ​

If you need to receive payment using offline method then you can add offline payment mode which will be visible to the admin dashboard while they subscribe the plan.
