Owners

Owners are the apartment/property owners in the society. You can create and manage owners from Owners menu in the sidebar. Owners can also be imported in bulk.

To create a new owner, fill the following fields:

• Name, enter the name of the owner (required).
• Email, enter a valid email address (required, must be unique).
• Phone, enter the phone number.
• Status, set as active or inactive (required).
• Allow Login, enable if the owner should be able to login.
• Password, set a login password (required if Allow Login is enabled, minimum 8 characters).

Bulk Import

You can import multiple owners at once using the bulk import feature. Download the sample CSV template, fill in the owner details, and upload the file.
