The Dashboard provides a comprehensive overview of your hotel management system. It displays real-time statistics, charts, and quick access to important information.

Key Statistics Cards ​

The dashboard displays four main statistics cards at the top:

Total Bookings ​

  • Shows the total number of bookings in your system
  • Displays a badge showing how many bookings were made today
  • Provides a quick snapshot of booking activity

Total Revenue ​

  • Displays the total revenue generated
  • Shows revenue earned this month
  • Helps track financial performance at a glance

Occupancy Rate ​

  • Shows the current occupancy percentage of your hotel
  • Displays the number of active guests currently staying
  • Helps monitor room utilization

Available Rooms ​

  • Shows the number of available rooms out of total rooms
  • Displays total room count
  • Helps front desk staff quickly assess room availability

Today's Activity Cards ​

Below the statistics, activity cards show real-time operational data:

Check-ins Today ​

  • Number of guests checking in today

Check-outs Today ​

  • Number of guests checking out today

Pending Payments ​

  • Number of payments awaiting processing

Average Rating ​

  • Overall guest satisfaction rating

Charts ​

Revenue Trend Chart ​

  • Bar chart showing revenue trends over time
  • Helps identify seasonal patterns and revenue growth

Room Status Chart ​

  • Donut chart showing room status distribution (Available, Occupied, Maintenance, Cleaning)
  • Center displays total room count
  • Legend shows count for each status

Quick Access Lists ​

Recent Bookings ​

  • Shows the most recent bookings
  • Displays guest name, room number, check-in date, total amount, and booking status
  • Click "View All" to navigate to the Bookings page

Upcoming Check-ins ​

  • Shows guests scheduled to check in
  • Displays guest name, room number, phone number, and check-in date
  • Shows stay duration timer for checked-in guests
  • Alerts for upcoming checkouts

Refresh Dashboard ​

Click the Refresh button at the top to reload all dashboard statistics and data with the latest information.

TIP

The dashboard updates when you click refresh. All statistics are calculated in real-time based on your current hotel data.
