Invoices

The Invoices module allows you to generate and manage invoices for guest bookings. Invoices include room charges, service charges, taxes, and payment details.

Invoice Features

• Auto-Generation: Invoices can be generated from bookings
• PDF Export: Download invoices as PDF documents
• Itemized Billing: Breakdown of room charges, services, and taxes
• Payment Tracking: Shows payment status against invoice amount

Invoice Details

Each invoice includes:

• Invoice number and date
• Guest information
• Booking details (room, dates, nights)
• Room charges
• Additional service charges
• Tax calculations
• Total amount
• Payment status

TIP

Configure your PDF fonts in Settings → PDF Fonts to ensure invoices display correctly, especially for non-Latin character languages.
