Floors ​

The Floors module allows you to manage the floor structure of your hotel. Each floor can contain multiple rooms and helps organize your hotel's layout.

Creating a Floor ​

To create a new floor:

  • Go to Floors from the sidebar
  • Click Add Floor
  • Enter the floor details

Floor Fields ​

  • Name: A descriptive name for the floor (e.g., "Ground Floor", "First Floor", "Executive Floor")
  • Floor Number: The numeric floor number (e.g., 1, 2, 3)
  • Total Rooms: The total number of rooms on this floor
  • Description: Optional description of the floor (e.g., "Premium rooms with city view")
  • Status: Enable or disable the floor

Floor Management ​

From the floors page, you can:

  • View the number of rooms on each floor
  • Edit floor details
  • Delete floors (only if no rooms are assigned)
  • View floor details with room information

TIP

Set up your floors before creating rooms, as each room must be assigned to a floor.
