Reviews

The Reviews module allows you to manage guest feedback and ratings. Reviews help you understand guest satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.

Review Details

Each review contains the following information:

  • Guest: Name of the guest who submitted the review
  • Booking: Associated booking code
  • Room: Room number the guest stayed in
  • Rating: Star rating from 1 to 5
  • Comment: Guest's written feedback
  • Status: Review status (Pending, Approved, Rejected)
  • Created At: Date and time the review was submitted

Adding Reviews

Reviews can be added:

  • From within a Booking using the Add Review option (after check-out)
  • The average rating is displayed on the Dashboard

Review Management

From the reviews page, you can:

  • View all guest reviews
  • Filter reviews by rating, status, or date
  • View complete review details
  • Approve or reject reviews
  • Delete inappropriate reviews

TIP

Regularly monitor guest reviews to identify recurring issues and improve hotel services. High ratings contribute to a positive reputation and more bookings.
