Database Backup ​

You can generate and download database backups from Settings → Database Backup. Regular backups protect your hotel data against accidental loss.

Generating a Backup ​

  1. Navigate to Settings → Database Backup
  2. Click Generate Backup
  3. Wait for the backup to complete
  4. Download the backup file

Backup Best Practices ​

  • Generate backups regularly (daily or weekly recommended)
  • Store backups in a secure off-site location
  • Test backup restoration periodically
  • Keep multiple backup versions
