Staff Members
You can create staff members from the Staff Members menu in the sidebar. Staff members are your hotel team who manage operations, handle bookings, housekeeping, and various other tasks according to their assigned permissions.
Creating Staff Members
You can create staff members from the Staff Members page. The following fields are required when creating a new user:
- Role: Define the role for the staff member (e.g., Admin, Front Desk, Housekeeping, Manager)
- Name: Full name of the staff member
- Email: Email address for login purposes
- Phone: Contact phone number
- Address: Staff member's address
- Password: Password for login
- Status: Staff member can be enabled or disabled

Staff Member Actions
Staff members can perform actions based on their assigned role permissions, such as:
- Managing bookings and reservations
- Handling check-ins and check-outs
- Managing housekeeping tasks
- Processing payments
- Generating reports
Import Staff Members
You can bulk import staff members using the Import feature. Download the sample CSV file, fill in the details, and upload it.
Quick Add
Use the Quick Add button to quickly create a new staff member with minimal details.
